Great wee place for short stay in Cornwall :)

A great place in a very good location, close to many tourist attractions. Well-equipped, it's more suited to a couple than a family with a teenager, but we managed. Everything we needed was there.

I would advise replacing/fixing the floors in the kitchen/dining room and the bathroom. Apart from that we couldn't complain.

way too cold and WAY WAY WAY too difficutl to reach owners. No instructions were left at the apartm

The owners were completely incommunicado. And the heat was totally off on a very cold early April night. We froze. Simply was too cold to sleep and we tried many ways of reaching out to the owners for instructions to turn up the heat and they just plain did not respond to us. We had to abandon the place after the firat night.
