It‘s a bit overpriced in my opinion, but that‘s only my point of view.

Uniqueness of staying at the Blue Eye and being able to experience the Blue Eye when there were no other tourists there. The vibe of the place was great.
It as great that there is a paved road all the way to the property, however you need to tell the people on the gate that you are staying there to be able to get though the barrier.
The mattresses were not very comfortable and the cabins are very basic, with minimal definitely laundered bedding provided (we were nor sure the provided blankets were fresh).
