Spacious and fabulous location. I have to mention Aaron at the reception and Smriti at the restaurant, they were so wonderful and welcoming, always had a smile on their face.
Incredible people, food and hospitality.

The overall quality of the property is good. The bar area by the pool was very nice. Chill place to spend some time with families and friends.
As far as the room was concerned, we liked the washroom. Extremely neat and clean.
This property shouldn't advertise itself as a 5star property. Atmost it is a 3star property.
Several basic amenities were not there which are available in a basic 3star hotel. For example, there were no slippers in the room, there was no coffee kept in the room. We got that only after asking. The door stopper was busted.
Car parking is a hassle, they keep the car somewhere else under full blast of sunlight. Plus, today when we were inquiring about the delay regarding getting our car, the security told us that the valet was bringing our car, unfortunately he didn't notice that I saw my car keys in his hand. Not sure why lying was necessary for such a amall thing.
Breakfast is very basic. The live egg counter needs lot more training. We ordered scrambled and sunny side up eggs, we ended up getting full fried eggs. Also, whenever any issues were pointed out there was always some excuse to cover it up.
