Difficult, time consuming, stressful and scary.

The only positive was that the staff responded quickly via WhatsApp—but unfortunately, it didn’t improve the stay. Would not recommend. Please avoid this place.

Not Recommended for Solo Female Travellers I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The location is extremely poor—difficult to find even during the day (local people couldn't direct me), and not safe to walk around at night, especially for solo female travellers. The bathroom was full of mould, and the lockers were unreliable—sometimes they wouldn’t open, and other times they wouldn’t lock at all. The soundproofing was terrible.I couldn’t sleep because I could hear every noise from the corridor and even the elevator. For $45 AUD per night, you can easily find a safer and more comfortable room in a simple hotel. This was not worth the price.
