Staff were excellent, and the facilities were maintained well and I overall enjoyed using them. The calm atmosphere was an enticing facet of the hotel, and the staff were understanding. Lastly, the food was tasty and hygienic.
In-room dining was tardy, (when I ordered the food it took an hour to arrive). My parents joined me on the last two days of my stay and the mattress where my dad slept was overused, thus making it extremely soft, which is concerning considering the five star rating. Because of this, we vacated earlier.

not meet the standards of other 5 star Hotels ,required more to improve , I took suit Room which is more expensive ,but not meet that standards compare to other 5 star rating hotels
room cleanliness , dusty , sofa and bed , even bed is not good for sleep ,as it makes back pain due to spring type bed which is low quality
