Nice stay outside of busy streets/city and 15 min to Cornell University. Lovely neighborhood to walk around after meals and enjoy nature. We saw two cute deer 🦌 in front of our window.

The studio was beautifully appointed, with modern touches and all of the little things we needed to stay comfortable for our stay. Bread, milk and wine were waiting for us, along with coffee and tea, so getting going in the morning was easy. It's a great location for visiting Ithaca and surrounding state parks like Watkins Glen.

We stayed with our family of 4 and didn't close the pull out couch (our choice) so it was a tight squeeze, but with a couple or anyone who takes the time to put the pullout away each day, it's not an issue.
