Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die kurze Entfernung zur City.
Der Geräuschpegel der vorbeifahrenden Autos und Motorrädern bei geklapptem Fenster, auch in der Nacht. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu warm in der Wohnung. Das klappbare Zustellbett im Wohnzimmer für eine dritte Person war eine Zumutung. Dünne, sehr weiche Matratze lässt jedes Federelement schmerzhaft spüren. Auch das Sofa eignet sich nicht zum Liegen.
