It is the perfect stay for a large group in a beautiful location.
Only bad thing was that the hot water for the shower ran out a lot, other than that everything was amazing.

The location is spectacular. I appreciate that I could get the general location (not the address) before booking. The apartment was as described. For example, there were four distinct bedrooms with doors, not areas cordoned off by fabric and called bedrooms. The beds were larger than anticipated and very comfortable. There were 12 of us, from age 5 to 68 and we were all accommodated well.
This is not a complaint, just an observation. Having available linen (towel) swap out for a fee would have been nice. We were there for 9 days. We laundered the towels ourselves and all was good. I consider this a first world problem. The towels were large and excellent.
The absence of any refund policy made me reluctant to book this apartment far in advance, but we took the chance and it worked out. This is a commentary on the rest of the world, not the host. Some descriptions and photos of other accommodations available on booking sites are deceptive at best. This apartment was everything described and more.

Gostamos muito do edificio, o apartamento tambem estava muito bem, muito espaçoso. Bem localizado.
Falta de mobiliário no quarto e nas casas de banho para por nossos pertences.

Great location and spacious property with 4 large bedrooms. Had everything we needed including two bathrooms.
Not the cleanest apartment, some of the plates/crockery were dirty when we tried to use them, the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The pillows were uncomfortable and there wasn’t much air flow in the apartment.

"The location is excellent. The staff is wonderful — they checked us in earlier than stated in the conditions, which gave us more productive time to enjoy this beautiful city."
