Excellent customer service. From check-in to check-out, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff to the manager, all excellent in making sure things go right for the customer. Service with the famous Thai smiles. My room AC didn't work well and immediately after reporting it, the manager came to see me, apologised, brought a portable fan and within an hour had arranged for it to be fixed. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was great. Location of the hotel was great for my purpose, just a few mins walking from the night market and Wat Phumim.
Nothing.

The hotels central position and near many of the city's attractions. Parking available across the road.
The hotel is tired and the facilities show the wear and tear. Breakfast is proficient.
