Everything you need is in the chalet, including ustensils, sponge, cleaning products, bin bags dolce gusto and air fryer which was all fab.
Towels are provided and beds are made which is brilliant. Sofas are really nice and comfy. Nice table and chairs inside too as well as good size smart tv, dvd player and dvds, cd player/radio, lots of books and games.
Great to have table and chairs on patio too and brilliant to have the gated patio for the dogs. Very calm and quiet location on the park which was amazing.
Wifi is provided which is brilliant as signal at location is not great.
Brilliant location close to lovely beach, cafés and amenities. Hosts are really helpful and friendly. We had a really great stay and would book again.
We hardly used the electricity despite charging phones and cooking and had topped up 10 pounds and left 8 pounds for the next guest! We will know for next time not to top up this much!
Bring toilet roll (we did leave our last one for next guest as if you have a long drive and need to go when you arrive there is no toilet roll provided). It did not affect us as I had planned this but I can see how it could be problematic for some people.
Could be cleaner behind furniture (bed side table/sofa)
Freezer compartment in fridge needs defrosting.

The location was excellent. The facilities were brilliant (like home from home). Chalet very comfortable, had everything you needed.

Been to Hemsby for many years and these chalets are a great location with it being very close to the main entertainment area of Hemsby and the beach is walking distance of the chalet.
Chalet was lovely and clean on the eye. However, behind certain furniture, there were a fair amount of cobwebs left where spiders were present. Other than that the chalet was lovely.
