This property is exactly as the description shows. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is great as well as different areas for adults and kids to socialize.

The house was beautiful and well-maintained. It was an overall exceptional experience.

We stayed in Grandbury December 14-16. The home was a gorgeous, quiet, and fully equipped! The beds were especially comfortable. We hosted a luncheon for our daughter’s college graduation with 18 people. There was plenty of room for people to spread out and still be close together. We loved the balconies, hot tub and the walk down to the dock! It was extra special to stay during the holidays and enjoy the neighborhood lights and our host even had a Christmas tree in the home. I would stress to get then names of every guest to the host/security as soon as possible to make entry to the gated neighborhood seamless. Our host gave us clear instructions on how to do this but we encountered a small glitch with security. However, I contacted our host and he immediately got us help and was so friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and very clean. May I suggest a privacy screen between the hot tub and the neighbor's house. The views are wonderful.

We loved our stay here! The home is well kept and had plenty of room for our 9 and 10 year old grandsons. The only suggestions we have is to change out the wires on the stair railing to something small children and pets can’t get through (we ended up using a bench to block the upstairs railing to keep our small senior pups from falling through). The dock is amazing - we enjoyed returning from the Spartan Challenge and jumping into the water for a nice cool swim. If the Spartan is in Grandbury in 2024 we will be back!!!

We loved that the property was located in a secured community. The location was perfect, being both directly on the lake (with access) and close to town for food/shopping. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely updated. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed. Washer/dryer included downstairs (wasn’t a noise issue). Overall - it felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and/or suggest others who visit do, too!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and well equipped. Marcus was so easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. If we make our way back to Granbury, we will certainly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully updated and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed a long weekend away and plan on making this an annual family trip!
