Very nice location close to beach and pick up points for various tours. Ferry port is 500 m away. Hotel is very beautiful with a restaurant beside it. Breakfast was lovely too. The swimming pool was ok although leaves keep falling from the surrounding trees.
In the room, it will be useful to have 2 chairs as when you come from outside with dirty clothes, you can't sit anywhere except your clean beds. It is a big room so chairs can fit in easily.

We had a duplex. It was very spacious and we liked the style. The pool area is great with plenty of shade. The breakfast was good and the staff very polite.
The room smelt slightly damp, but I think a lot of places here do in this season. The upstairs part had no curtain for the glass section over the door so the light came in in the mornings.

Great location for the lovely seaside village of Holbox. The rooms are like motel rooms off the open air thouroughfare going to breakfast bar and pool. Felt a bit exposed with everyone walking outside our window but we had last room available. Upstairs would have been better.

Great location even if it is not a beach front. Close to everything as it is right at the center of the city.
Lovely and comfortable rooms (2 levels, 2 beds) which can host easily 4 people.
Clean with a tropical and esthetically pleasing character.
We stayed 2 nights and in one of them there was no power and water so it ruined the whole experience. We learned that this is quite common so we ended up paying for basically a camping experience. They offered us a 20% discount for one night which was absurd.
Rooms do NOT have wifi. For the price we payed that was unacceptable.
