PLEASE READ ENTIRELY BEFORE CONTACTING ME: 1600 sf 2nd floor condo in totally renovated building, located in the heart of the Boardwalk area. Hardwood throughout entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas; newly carpeted hallway & bedrooms; ceramic tile floors in baths. Full size W/D in hallway laundry closet. Fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counter tops, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, & side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Island w/ 4 bar stools; game table w/2 chairs; dining table w/8chairs. Master BR has King bed, one BR has (2) twin beds, and two BR's have Queen beds. Large private 400 sf front porch plus rear covered deck. One block from downtown, 2 blocks to grocery store, and 4 blocks to beach & boardwalk. Ideal rental if you have someone with difficulty climbing stairs or use a wheelchair, as there is an elevator which opens directly into the unit. (NOTE: we DO NOT rent for Senior Wk/Spring Break/Prom Weekend/etc.)
UNIT AMENITIES: 8 beach tags and 6 beach chairs are provided (children under 12 do not need beach passes). Sheets and towels are NOT provided.

The location is within walking distance to the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. The host was very accommodating with check in/ check out times. Would recommend this house. The elevator was also a plus!
