This Newly constructed family beach house In Neskowin has plenty of parking and is a short walk to the beach. Pets are allowed with a deposit. This beautiful 4 bed room 4 bath house over looks one of the best beaches in Oregon! You might say Neskowin South Beach is the crown jewel of the Oregon coast.
There are two fire places to spend a lovely evening in an elegant living room or studio bedroom. We also have a fire pit, basketball court and plenty of parking! The gated community is both safe and peaceful and sometimes you can be visited by the deer in the area. The house also has 5 covered decks that allow protection from the elements in any season!

The host was accommodating and very kind. We were looking for a quiet family getaway near the beach and this was the perfect fit for us!! The kitchen is well equipped and the house is beautiful with lots of natural light!! We will be back again for sure!!!

The house was wonderful! Well equiped in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We rented the house for my husbands 80th birthday, and there was a Happy Birthday sign on the counter when we walked in as well as a bowl of muffins. Such a nice touch.There were 6 of us that stayed for the weekend and 26 that came for the party on Saturday. Plenty of room for everyone. An easy walk to the beach. Couldn't have been better.

This was a great property that we will definitely come back to and friends will be booking too. I do not give 5 stars for cleanliness ever, but this house was spotless when we arrived. The host is in contact with you communicating all along the way. He even gave us an early check in and late check out without us even asking. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need (not the case in other homes we rented) even spices. There’s plenty of space inside and outside with decks. Hopefully we’ll use the outdoor space more the next time. Beach access is close and easy in a tranquil setting. We made lots of family memories for our Spring Break with much needed R&R. You won’t regret booking this home for your vacation. Thanks Norm!

My family and I arrived after the 4 pm check-in time and found the front door wide open. Unsure if we should enter we finally did and discovered a woman. She said she only had a few hours to clean and was just leaving. Additionally, she said would contact the host to tell him she had not finished and I would receive a discount. My family and I were surprised at the mess in the house, floors had debris all over, towels and linens were not washed, one bed had no pillows (we drove to town and bought some). I spent the first evening of my family holiday cleaning up after the previous guests. Upon attempting to make coffee the following morning we discovered moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. Despite being a new home there are a number of items broken. An upstairs bathroom faucet drips and the garbage disposal was broken. I would only recommend if you are okay with cleaning the home before your stay. I did share my concerns with the host and was offered no solutions or discount as promised by the woman in the unit when I arrived.my family loves the area so we will be back, just at a different rental.
