Welcome to The Waterline, a modern lakefront retreat designed for days on the water and long evenings by the lake. Sitting directly on Devil’s Lake, the home gives you the best of both Lincoln City experiences—calm freshwater recreation right outside your door and the Pacific Ocean just a short walk away.

Bring your boat and tie up at the private dock and boat slip, head out for a morning of fishing, paddle the lake by kayak or paddleboard, or spend the afternoon cruising and jet skiing. When you come back, you can step right off the dock into your own lakeside indoor/outdoor bar, grab a drink, turn on the game and settle into the hot tub overlooking the water. There’s also a waterfront fire pit and outdoor TV, making the backyard as much a part of the home as the inside.

Inside, The Waterline is bright, clean and contemporary, with multiple gathering spaces and large-screen TVs throughout the house. The main living area connects naturally to the lakefront spaces, creating the kind of indoor-outdoor living that makes this home special in every season.

The separate game room gives kids and adults another place to hang out, with Pac-Man, Galaga, air hockey and a basketball challenge. Upstairs, the family room/loft adds another comfortable living space and includes a king-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping flexibility.

Main-level primary suite: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom and shower—ideal for guests who prefer not to use the stairs.
Upstairs queen suite: Queen bed with its own private ensuite shower.
Upstairs bunk/flex bedroom: Three twin beds, including a daybed with pull-out trundle—a great setup for kids, teens or friends traveling together.
Upstairs loft/den: King-size sleeper sofa and additional lounge space.
Bathrooms: 3.5 baths total, including a full upstairs bath with tub/shower and laundry serving the twin bedroom and loft area.
Between the Lake & the Sea

One of the best things about The Waterline is that you don’t have to choose between a lake vacation and an Oregon Coast vacation. Devil’s Lake is literally outside your door, while Pacific Ocean beach access is roughly a 20-minute walk away.

When you’re ready to explore, Lincoln City is right around you. Chinook Winds Casino Resort is just minutes away for gaming, live entertainment, dining and golf. For an oceanfront dinner, Kyllo’s Seafood & Grill is a Lincoln City classic. Try The Wild Flower Grill for breakfast or brunch, Pub Fish & Chips for a casual coastal meal, or head south to Pelican Brewing – Siletz Bay for craft beer, coastal food and sweeping views across Siletz Bay. Another one of our favorites is Hearth and Table for amazing wood fired pizza.

There’s plenty to do away from the house, too. Explore the wooded Spring Lake Trail, take the family to Regatta Grounds Park for swimming, fishing and lakeside trails, or hike Cascade Head for some of the most spectacular coastal views in the area. The lower Cascade Head trail is open year-round; the preserve is protected, so dogs are not allowed there.

Spend a day beachcombing, hunting for one of Lincoln City’s famous glass floats, shopping the outlets, golfing, whale watching farther down the coast or simply staying home. At The Waterline, some of the best days are the ones where the car never leaves the driveway—coffee on the dock in the morning, an afternoon on the lake, hot tub at sunset and drinks around the fire after dark.
