About this house rental
Nestled in Devils Lake, this charming house for $606 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Only 7 steps to the sand! Beautifully restored Historic House with big Sand and Surf views! Just a short walk to the casino via the beach! 5 bdrm / 2 bath. Please avoid single night gaps during summer. Enjoy the 15 foot Stone, Gas fireplace, beamed ceilings, hand crafted molding and wood work. Great room includes a Large Flat screen TV, dining area and Kitchen all with surf view. Large, secluded patio opens to fenced yard, hot tub overlooking beach and WIFI. Completely furnished with linens and towels, as well as a starter kit of paper products. *Lincoln City has a strict max 4 cars and 10 guests at Stairs to the Sea (including visitors).* We have always taken cleaning seriously but are working extra hard to sanitize every surface following Covid-19 CDC Guidelines and con-tactless check in. No single night gaps July & Aug.,Spring Break & Christmas week

Loved this home with lots of character and charm. Cozy feeling, but plenty of room for the 10 of us. We especially liked the easy access to the beach and big picture windows of the ocean. We would stay here again.

Our family of seven adults spent Christmas at the beach and it will be one to remember due to that beautiful oceanview being right there especially with high tide! The house was charming and comfy. Loved the gas fireplace. Plenty of sleeping room. Loved our walks on the beach.

It felt like a home not just a rental. Everything worked, the kitchen is small but well stocked with good pots and pans, utensils etc. We found everything we needed. The views from the front windows was fabulous!

The house location and view is great. The entire house was poorly cleaned. There was gloves under the kitchen table seat cushions. Stuff under beds and couches.
They should not advertise there is a hot tub. Only 3 jets work in it. So it’s unusable. This home could be very special with a hot upgrade and better cleaning service.

We all (5 sisters) had a great time it was a really big house with 5 bedrooms .. which was great! The ocean view was amazing!!! The pictures don’t do it Justice!!!! We would love to stay there again … maybe with some of our grandkids

Cozy place to stay. Plenty of room for preparing you family meals. Playing games. Time at the beach. Really handy hose to wash up outside. Kids loved the cabin dormers to sleep in. It rained most of the time we were there but that didn’t stop the fun. Still able to hike, walk the beach, play games inside, see other places along the coast. We loved out stay here

We've been to this particular home many times. It's always clean and ready for guests. The issues we have is a very limited amount of bathroom tissue/paper towels. For over $500/night we should not have to worry about running out. Also, the number of towels, glasses, wine glasses, dishes in general should be enough to handle all guests (8) reported. We had to locate the storage for towels in the laundry room for a set. Plus we ended up using plastic cups at times because of the lack of glasses, etc. Small juice-size cups and small wine glasses would be welcome.

As pictured, very nice space, everything works, hot tub was a nightly way to unwind, recover from hiking and watch the sunset, nice big kitchen table fit the 9 of us, high chair was appreciated, only suggestion is the towels and rugs could be newer, really lovely to watch and hear the surf

This was a perfect space! Roomy, large yard, incredibly easy access to the beach. A little to much chemicals in the hot tub and low water, but opening it and letting sit awhile helped the chemical smell to dissipate some. I would most definitely choose this place again!

6 high school friends from 56 years ago, one of them an exchange student from Norway, met at your house and had an awesome reunion making memories to last the rest of our lives with our foreigner friend! This property is located right on the beach! Perfect for everyone, especially the children. We loved the sunsets and morning walks on the beach. The large yard was perfect for corn hole games. The charcoal grill was excellent, we used it everyday of our stay. The hot tub was clean and worked flawlessly. What an amazing week! There were ten of us, ranging from 8-70 and we all loved it. There was more than enough room for everyone and the view from the living room and kitchen couldn't be beat. We will absolutely be back!!

House has it all! Comfortable beds, cooking supplies, plenty of room for everyone, on the beach, fenced yard, clean hot tub, books, movies, games, big windows with the best view and comfy clean couches and chairs.
My party included elderly, middle aged & young adults, and children.
We cooked all of our meals at the house. They had everything we needed but only had a partial roll of paper towels and no paper napkins. We did happen to bring a roll of paper towels and glad we did.
They had hand soap but bring your own shampoo. I think that it mentioned on the site. One thing we didn't find was the high chair they said they had. We did bring a booster seat so we had that covered. We found the coffee maker and everything else.
We didn't use the charcoal bbq but everything was there for it. We brought our blackstone flat top for outside.
The area near the hot tub was nice, lots of chairs and protected from the wind.
I frequent the coast a couple times a year and this was one of the best houses I've stayed in.
I'd definitely go back!

This home is literally 5 or six steps from the front lawn to the sand, depending on how deep the sand is at the bottom step! Standing out on the beautiful huge beach looking back at the house, it is the closest to the beach of any I saw. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family. Separate great rooms for: 3 adult couples, 1adult single, and a room with a bed for a 10 year old and two sweet “berths” built into the wall for twin 5 year-olds. They had a blast. Kitchen is small but very adequate for our group of 10, and outfitted with pretty much everything we needed. Large family room with big tv and table for puzzles, etc. Dining room table was plenty big enough for all 10 of us. Bathrooms are nice, laundry room and hot tub really made this perfect. Would go here again for sure.

Great overall stay and amazing location just on the beach! There are some strick rules that i havnt encountered before, however i think its more geared towards families with young children in which we were all adults in our 40's. The communication with the host was impeccable and would stay here again!

4 days of the incredible view, house was perfect. Beds comfortable. Had to get use to cooking on charcoal. Over all great stay with friends. Couple hickups but nothing to bad.
