The area features supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, stationery stores, tobacco shops, a laundromat, shops, well-equipped beach clubs (including those accessible to wheelchairs), public beaches, gyms, a swimming pool, bus stops, and a train station.

NO OVERNIGHT STAYS FOR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (If you wish to have other people stay overnight besides those who made the reservation and were identified at check-in, you must notify us in advance, present identification for registration with the police, and pay the fee for additional guests for the entire reserved period).

Minors traveling without parents, when accompanied by an adult, must have a written authorization signed by their parents.
