The grounds and common areas are very pleasant and keep up nicely. The staff are very friendly and accommodating... especially for arranging tours. The same-day laundry service was very good and is reasonably priced

I had two flat tires before arriving and the staff were incredible in helping me get them fixed and on my car. The tour of the bird sanctuary they conducted was also amazing. Excellent for such a remote location.

Great stay enroute to Francistown.
The hotel organised a great sunset pan trip.
Receprion lacked management skills.
