Desde que llegamos todas las personas que trabajaban en el hotel fueron muy amables y atentos. El desayuno y el restaurante en general son muy buenos. Además, esta muy bien ubicado y puedes llegar caminando en poco tiempo a la Plaza Mayor de Cusco y a muchos restaurantes.
Todo me gusto.

La ubicación
Dos cosas: la habitación era muy pequeña, pero ni modo; lo que sí es imperdonable es que no tenía ni un solo gancho o perchero para colgar prendas de vestir--un detalle no precisamente muy hospitalario, para un negocio que se dedica al ramo de la hospitalidad.
En el mismo sentido, a pesar de no ser un hotel precisamente económico, no ofrecen agua en la habitación, y si uno la pide la cobran--de nueva cuenta, no precisamente un detalle muy hospitalario. Si quieren economizar y proteger el medio ambiente, pueden simplemente poner una jarra de agua limpia en la habitación.
En un hotel el huésped se debe sentir bienvenido.

Lo mejor es la ubicación , cerca a todo en el centro, la habitación es pequeña pero limpia y buenas almohadas y colchón, realmente se puede descansar.
El ascensor no llega a todo los piso y toca bajar con maletas pesadas

Obviously the location is perfect. And the staff for the most part tried hard.
My thought that anything with the name Hilton would be a bit better. Rooms with a street window can be incredibly noisy.
Conversely my first night as requested was an interior room which was dark and gloomy with a view of a wall. Graciously they changed for the next two nights which was an improvement.
