Carpet wasn’t in because they took it to the cleaners which is reasonable.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to tourist attractions like the Christ Church (Christuskirche), and the main craft market. Slowtown coffee nearby, and also a diner downstairs. Didn’t even get to the pool. Secure parking. Very comfy beds.
Add a hook behind each bedroom door, to hang up a bath towel.

L’appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé.
Il a un grand lit queen size et un lit double où deux adultes qui se connaissent bien peuvent dormir côte à cote. Le canapé est très confortable même pour dormir. Il y a une machine à laver le linge
La piscine est désuète et la plupart du temps à l’ombre. Je n’ai pas aimé devoir payer en cash à l’agente de sécurité devant l’immeuble sans recevoir un reçu pour prouver la transaction.

The location is ideal. Close proximity to the mall, shops and restaurants.
It was quite noisy at night due to a nightclub across the road, which I understand is beyond the host’s control. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. The utensils were sticky, and we found sweet wrappers and dirt tucked into the corners of the sofas, suggesting that these areas are not cleaned thoroughly.
It would also have been helpful to know before booking that the swimming pool was not operational. We were really looking forward to using it, so it was disappointing to arrive excited for a swim only to be told by security that the pool had been drained.
I also didn’t appreciate having to pay extra for a late checkout. We weren’t necessarily looking to extend our stay; we simply needed a safe place to leave our luggage for a few hours while we did some shopping before heading to the airport. Some flexibility or a luggage-storage option would have been greatly appreciated.
Overall, the property has potential, but better attention to cleanliness, clearer communication about unavailable amenities, and a little more flexibility for departing guests would significantly improve the experience.
