Központi helyen van, könnyű parkolni, könnyen megy a kulcs átadás. A szállásadó mindig elérhető volt, jól ment a kommunikáció.

Régi CRT tv van az egyik szobában, amihez nem működött a távirányító. Nem volt légfrissítő a lakásban, sem a wc-ben.
