Localização excelente ! Perto da praia e ao lado de um mercado pequeno, porém quebra o galho. Na rua principal tem um ótimo mercado. Na rua do condomínio tem farmácia, lavanderia e muitos restaurantes. Também perto tem uma padaria. O condomínio conta com uma piscina que criança ama. Os funcionários são muito solícitos, resolvem rapidamente qualquer situação e a responsável pelo apto sempre responde rápido e é muito solícita. Sobre os itens de cozinha atende bem.
Pode melhorar a higienização do banheiro e as toalhas.

Não serve Café da Manhã. A Localização é muito boa, bem próximo da praia e de comércios essenciais como supermercados. A piscina muito boa, área de estacionamento bem cuidada, imóvel bem conservado e com móveis muito bons e totalmente funcionais. Proprietária muito solicita e gentil.
Somente uma observação e não uma reclamação. O sofá da sala, não está péssimo, mas não é totalmente confortável. Precisa ser trocado. De resto está tudo muito bom.

Falta de limpieza. Abajo de la mesada se noto que no se limpio y en general el baño tambien le faltaba aseo No contaba con tazas mas grandes para el desayuno
