Unique Boutique Hotel Antibes Juan-les-Pins

We had a fantastic two nights day at this property. It is a sweet and charming hotel in a great location with comfortable rooms

Some of the restaurant staff were not terribly friendly or accommodating

Super comfortable and stylish rooms with lots of space. Excellent breakfast option. Lots of high end amenities.

The whole property was beautiful and centrally located. The only thing that could've made it better was if it had a sea view - but the sea was just a few blocks away.

Excelente localização, próximo de comércios, restaurantes, praça e próximo da praia Juan-Les-Pins. Ótimo atendimento e suporte do hotel. Funcionários muito solicitos, educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã delicioso, com bastante opções. Excelentes acomodações e facilidades.

O único ponto de atenção é que a vedação do box do banheiro não estava boa, toda vez que tomavamos banho, alagava o banheiro inteiro (O que foi horrível). Tinhamos que utilizar as toalhas para secar o chão, pós banho.

The design and location

The aircon in the lounge of the apartment was not working for the entire stay of 2 nights. Once guest became ill due to sleeping in the lounge which was then 28degrees. This was during the heatwave and only after I asked repeatedly was I given a fan for the lounge where either a toddler or elderly needed to sleep. I was offered some toiletries in return and told no discount could be applied as I had prepaid the rooms. I explained I thought a discount was appropriate given the situation. Disappointing customer service. Breakfast only from 9am.
