Smooth check-in, you never meet anyone. The owner is very responsive on Booking. The apartment is clean and bright and has pretty much every convenience you could want for your stay. Location is a long walk to the main tram but very close to Westend Mall.
You basically have to crawl to get to the bed. I'd say the loft ceiling is around 4 feet high and the stairway leading to it is so narrow and steep that you have to walk up sideways and put a lot of faith in the railing.

We booked last minute as we made a mistake with previous booking and host was fantastic answering and providing all help in minutes
The top floor ceiling was way too low I'm 5'5 and my partner 6'4

Le jour de mon arrivée il n' y avait personne pour m' accueillir et impossible de joindre quelqu' un au téléphone. Finalement au bout d' une demi-heure j' ai pu entrer grâce aux voisins de droite.

Bed was comfortable and kitchen has all the basics. Washing tablets were provided for the washing machine and the shutters were good for keeping the light out. Check in was really easy with a really good guide for how to navigate to the door
The apartment has a really strong smell of cigarettes which was over powering. The ceiling is also very low in the bedroom if you are tall
