Lahabana Resort

The location and view were excellent. The facilities (pool and gym) were top notch. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The room and balcony are a bit small. It's ok for 1 person but not much wiggle room if you are 2 or more.

Location and proximity to the beach. Decent size gym with a variety of machines and free weights. Beautiful landscaping. Amazing pool. Room is comfortable and well stocked. Washing machine was an added bonus.

No cafe or restaurant on site, however, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and mini marts within a 5-to-10-minute walk. The balcony is a bit small.

Good location. Comfortable. Good facilities on site.

TV screen was faulty. WiFi kept dipping in and out.

It was cheap, lobby was nice (but doesn't reflect the state of the room) Pool is ok

NOT A RESORT, it's a residential building. The price was cheap, yes. But I felt massively misled. Where to start.... Building: very busy in and out. Old men with very young thai ladies. People cooking in their apartments with doors wide open. Smelt OK but not what I expect from a 'resort' Room : looked slightly like the pictures (if they were taken 10 years ago). Bed was uncomfortable and the duvet/comforter was actually smaller than the bed with a sheet that was not fitted so you'd find it crumpled up underneath you. Lots of rules 'NO NOISE' sign sellotaped to the wall amongst other rules plastered everywhere, not the vibe. Given three random towels that were way past their life (including a retired tatty hilton towel ) they all smelt like instant noodles-chicken flavour of I'm guessing. No water when we arrived which were not told beforehand. Then told it would be on for 3pm. Waited until 4pm and gave up and went out smelly. Water was back on when we returned that night. Pool- In the description 'you can enjoy a snack at the poolside bar' WHERE IS THIS BAR?. I searched the grounds to find one drinks vending machine. Pool was cold and unsuitable for swimming at 1.4 metres. Glorified paddling pool if you ask me. No sunbeds as such if you wanted to catch a tan. 10000 rules plastered everywhere around the pool, again not vibes. But will admit it's nice to look at...... Service- only by text, no face to face interaction. Apart from when I was pretty much chased down for payment in cash. Which I wasn't told beforehand (thought I would be able to pay through booking.com or a a card machine) And they offer no other service apart from payment chase and tell you your key is in a lockbox (not locked) in the lobby. No luggage storage, just told to leave it somewhere in lobby. So not a resort in the slightest. If advertised as self service apartment I would of been happy with price.
