The location is great. Great vibe and vibrant neighbourhoud. Many restaurants, shops and stores in close walking distance. Easy to get around, Metro stations are close by. The apartment if very spacious and comfortable, especially for families. Air conditioning works very well and the apartment has everything you need. There was a welcome package with coffee and snaks which was a nice gesture.
I only have very little for improvment. For this top quality apartment at a higher rate I would expect some very small additions, such as some extra pilows and 1-2 additional blankets (in case you prefer your own blanket ;-) - also i would make sure to have salt and pepper avaialble at the apartment.

2 stars — Great location, but cleanliness and maintenance were a major disappointment
The apartment has a fantastic location in Le Marais, and the three rooms are genuinely spacious with plenty of closet and storage space. Those were definitely the highlights of our stay.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not up to the standard we expected, especially given that we paid close to €1,000 per night.
The apartment clearly needed a deep cleaning. There was so much dust on the shelves and inside the closets that we had to wipe them down ourselves before we could comfortably use them. The glasses were also not properly clean — one still had a visible lipstick mark on it.
We also encountered two cockroaches during our stay. We later noticed a sign indicating that the building was undergoing extermination, so we understand this may be a building-wide issue rather than something specific to the apartment. There was also a persistent raw sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which management told us was a building issue as well.
There were several smaller maintenance and hospitality issues too. The Nespresso machine was leaking and did not work properly, there were no tea bags, and there was no detergent provided for the washing machine. Sofa is very old and worn and is falling apart. Tue cushion literarily slides out from underneath you.
To their credit, management did try to address some of the problems. They brought us a new Nespresso machine and responded to our complaints. However, the issues with the cockroaches and sewage were attributed to the building.
Overall, the location and size of the apartment are excellent, but when you’re paying nearly €1,000 a night, you expect a much higher standard — and at the very least, you expect the apartment to be thoroughly clean and properly maintained. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment significantly detracted from our stay.
