Good option for local travelers with their own cars; seeking for a cooler place in the summertime.
Large and newly constructed property; however, the area is not yet ready for international travelers who rely on public taxi services. Read is still under constructions. There are no convenience stores, restaurants, or cafés nearby. Living at this property without a car is a nightmare. You have to rely on individual local people for help. While a few locals who assisted us were very nice and friendly, it is difficult to depend on strangers—you never know. In addition, most locals are not able to communicate in English, so the language barrier is another major challenge.
In terms of amenities, the building itself is nice and has a pool, but the amenities are very limited—especially the kitchen facilities. For a property located far from restaurants and cafés, the kitchen should be much better equipped. There was only one mug for a group of four, a very small refrigerator, a small microwave, and no stove, dishwasher, or washing machine. The property claims it can accommodate up to eight guests, which does not seem realistic or practical.
