Location was great, near the santa fe area. Hot water worked well. Room was generally clean.
Cleanliness could have been slightly better. The electronics in the room could be taken care of a bit better. Furniture is a bit shabby, but not worn out. Photos look better than in person.

Everything. The place has everything you need - free water, fridge, ac, generator, comfy bed, clean toilet, extension cord, hangers, vault, office setup, reliable internet, toaster, oven, stovetop, coffee press Best asset of this place is their staff, Paul & Aaron took care of me during my stay in Sta. Fe! The place is also close to the airport, town proper, and the port - very steategic location in Siargao.
Probably small things - bed sheet would have been thicker, overused kitchen sponges.

The location was easy to find. It was on the side of the main road.
We couldn't park our car on the lot because of motorcycles parked there. Also the roof was leaking next to our bed when it rained.
