Quiet stay right in front of lake

Amazing location, right in front of lake. Easy parking. Quiet building. The space is small but well designed so you have access to everything needed for a short stay, including a washing machine, which was great.

Outdoor space was not ready and not usable during stay which was disappointing. Wasn’t very clean in the kitchen area.

Gute Lage, alles da, lieblos betrieben, schlechtes Kriesenmanagement.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Parksituation ebenfalls. Die Schlüssel waren in einem der üblichen, kleinen Schlüsselsafes ausserhalb des Anwesens. Es war ein komplett anonymes Ein- und Auschecken. Das Appartement hat alles was es für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht.

Das Appartement ist ordentlich aber sehr lieblos geführt. Das Blumenbeet am vorderen Rand der Terrasse war schon sehr verkommen und hat sich deutlich negativ von den direkt angrenzenden Wohnungen abgehoben. Das größte Problem für uns war, dass die Terrasse nicht nutzbar war. Bei einem solch kleinen Zimmer ist die Terrasse noch wichtiger als sonst. Leider war einer der beiden Haltebügel der Markise abgebrochen und diese hing mittig in die kleine Terrasse nach unten. Hierdurch war diese in keinster Weise für uns nutzbar. Unsere Reklamation hatte nur eine Textnachricht zu Folge, in der sagte, dass es wohl die letzten Gäste waren und es der Reinigung nicht aufgefallen sei. Eine Reparatur wurde nicht während unseres Aufenthalts (zwei Nächte) durchgeführt. Eine Entschädigung wurde nicht angeboten.
