Great central location. Bright, spacious room with very new furniture and amenities. They even provided hair dryer and a very clean kettle in the room which is quite rare in the Philippines. WiFi works amazingly well (also very rare in the PH).
Door is electronic. There were staff at the reception 24 hours of the day. Overall the hotel felt very safe and the neighborhood too.
At times there was construction work going on at odd hours, they don’t typically last for hours but it could happen at 8am or at 8pm.

Location was good. Room was nice.
WLAN in the Room only worked on the first day
The hotel is surrounded by three large construction sites. They started at 5am end in the late evening. In addition, my room was unser ghe breakfast-room. Starting at 7:30 it soundet like somebody moved furniture all morning (but it was the chairs when guests stood up). Please buy some felt gliders and isolate the doors. So all in all it was very loud.
