Welcome to our 2015 Winnebago Minnie Winnie. We love our RV and being able to hit the road so much we want to share that experience. This RV is 32 FT long and super easy to drive down the road. It has less than 10K miles on it. New tires all around. Sleeps 4 comfortably. This rig is maintained religiously. Super clean RV. One large slide out and awning. Queen bed in rear with upgraded mattress. Plenty of closet and storage in rear bedroom. Also has a TV mounted on wall for your unwinding at night. Bed is easily made with having walk around space. Separate inside shower. Nice size bathroom with storage. We have done some renovations to interior, changed the dinette so it no longer doubles as a bed. Also removed couch and have installed 2 recliners for additional comfort. The only sleep areas are the rear bed and bunk. Lots of counter space. Microwave and stove top. DOES NOT HAVE OVEN. Has large TV out in main galley that is easily viewed from recliners, dinette and the upper over head bunk. Very comfortable seating that makes long trips more enjoyable. Has the Ford V10 that boasts plenty of power and is also fairly good on fuel. Utensils, pots and pans, Blackstone griddle available at no extra charge, camp chairs, cooking utensils, plates and cups, cutting boards and very sharp cutting knives all included. 4000 Watt Onan generator. Large storage space in rear of coach. Pickup and drop offs are to be done after 4 PM M-F, Weekends anytime.
-FUEL TANK (UNLEADED) FEE IF RETURNED NOT FULL - $75.00 RE FILL CHARGE + COST OF UNLEADED FUEL.
-PROPANE FEE IF NOT RETURNED FULL - $25 REFILL FEE + COST OF PROPANE.
-GREY/BLACK TANK EMPTIED BY RV OWNER FOR MIN FEE $75
-GENERATOR: 4 HRS/NIGHT ALLOWANCE, $5 PER HOUR OVERAGE TIME.
-CLEANING FEE: MIN $200 MIN IF NOT RETURNED CLEAN, AS IT WAS WHEN PICKED UP OR DELIVERED. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.
-ANY TIRE DAMAGE DUE TO DRIVER ERROR; $350 PER TIRE.
-RETURN ALL KEYS IN GOOD CONDITION - WILL BE CHARGED A RE KEY FEE IF NOT.
-RENTER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES NOT COVERED BY RENTERS INSURANCE.
WE ASK THAT THE RV BE RETURNED IN SAME CONDITION AS WHEN PICKED UP.
-DELIVERY CAN ONLY BE MADE ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AS WELL AS A PICKUP.
-AS STATED IN BEGINNING OF DESCRIPTION, NO BURNING MAN, NO EXCEPTIONS. IF THIS NOT ADHERED TO THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $4000 TO CLEAN AND RESTORE TO ORIGINAL CONDITION.
