Die zentrale, ruhige Lage mit Ausblick auf die Vechte ist echt klasse. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das zugehörige Cafe' ist schon eine Empfehlung für sich. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet.
Ein paar Dinge wären mit wenig Aufwand zu richten und würden den gesamten Eindruck deutlich verbessern. Hängeschrank in der Küche hängt abenteuerlich schief, Küchenleuchte sehr provisorisch angeschlossen, usw, kein Fernsehempfang.

Eine top Lage sehr zentral direkt an der Fußgängerzone...der Balkon ist so herrlich sonnig und gemütlich...es ist toll den Enten und booten zuzuschauen... Restaurants alles ist in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar... ZOB ist direkt gegenüber des Flusses Brücke ist sehr nah... Wohnung war gut eingerichtet...es fehlte an nichts...
Die Sauberkeit lässt leider etwas nach... Löcher im Bettlaken... Leere Flaschen vom Vorgänger... Essensreste im Schrank vom Vorgänger... Sauberkeit war nicht das wichtigste hier...sehr schade... Leider ist der erste Blick sehr viel versprechend schön eingerichtet...aber bei genauem hinschauen ist es doch alles sehr renovierungsbedürftig... Badezimmer zumindest Bad war auch schimmelig in der Ecke aber das bleibt ja leider nicht aus da kein Fenster im Bad ist...
