chalet agréable ,Accessibilité très difficile,non mentionnée

Appartement meublé avec gout , très agréable

ce chalet n est accessible qu'en empruntant 65 marches et un raidillon de 40 m non signalé sur booking .Quand on a 80 ans , des problèmes cardiaques et de l'arthrose des genoux, transporter les valises devient une épreuve d'effort .Nous aurions apprécié qu'on nous mette en garde sur les difficultés d'accessibilité du chalet .

Un noël bien triste avec le sentiment d'avoir été abusés par un propriétaire malhonnête.

Hôte malhonnête : à fuir !

Nous avons été abusés pour les fêtes de Noël et c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive sur Booking. J'ai réservé un appartement de plein pied avec parking pour Noël en précisant que ma Maman de 77 ans avait du mal à marcher. Le propriétaire nous a transmis les conditions d'accès uniquement la veille de notre arrivée avec photos montrant une vue aérienne des accès : plus de 100 ml sur la neige d'accès uniquement à pieds avec beaucoup de pente et des escaliers non dégagés ! Impossible donc pour ma Maman d'accéder à l'appartement même avec notre aide. L'annonce ne précisait pas de conditions particulières quant aux accès et jamais le propriétaire n'a fait mention de cela. La seule chose qu'ils nous a dit c'est de faire les lits en partant ! Ne pas dire que l'accès est difficile favorise probablement la location mais c'est aussi malhonnête. Depuis le propriétaire ne répond pas à mes messages pour espérer, j'imagine, conserver les 585 euros pour 2 nuits qu'il a bien entendu encaissés. Et le comble serait qu'il ait reloué le bien sur ces dates puisque le service client de Booking qui était plutôt rassurant quant au remboursement et m'a dit que les demandes de réservations pour cette destination à Noël étaient si importantes que le propriétaire pouvait relouer son bien dans la journée. Le comportement de ce propriétaire est inadmissible et il a gâché nos fêtes de Noël puisque en ne nous donnant aucune réponse il ne nous a pas permis de réserver autre chose. Il n'a pas non plus répondu à la demande du service client de Booking. >Toute annonce doit préciser les conditions d'accès quand elles sont particulières, comme c'est le cas ici, car que l'on soit en situation de handicap ou non, nous devons pouvoir choisir sa location en conséquence.
