The host was thorough in instructing for ease of check in and check out.
The place was convenient, though some signs of wear and use around the room, it didn't affect comfort.
It had complete amenities, laundry, robes and towels, and shampoo etc.
The space was enough for my husband and myself, a third person, while can be accommodated, would make a tight fit with luggage and all.
Though outside of the unit, it wasn't too pleasant that there was an odor in the hallway. It greets you the moment you exit the elevator or the unit. It, however, doesn't go in the unit.

We loved the bunk beds, they were perfect for our family. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient.
Nothing major. The only minor issue was that the parking area was a bit confusing for first-time visitors, as there were no numbered sections or directional signs to help locate the designated parking spaces.

We had a wonderful stay at both The Pod and The Suite (located on the 2nd and 16th floors, respectively). Both units have a luxurious interior, were spotlessly clean, and felt very well maintained. The bedsheets were fresh and comfortable, the bath towels were soft and smelled amazing, and having Netflix on a decent-sized smart TV was a nice touch after a long day out. The warm lighting throughout the units really made a difference, creating a cozy yet premium atmosphere.
Not that I don’t like but If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to provide a fully automatic washer-dryer instead of a semi-automatic washing machine. This would be especially beneficial for guests staying for several days or longer, making laundry much more convenient and enhancing an already great accommodation.

I like that its located in the 2nd floor. It's clean. Everything we needed are already provided. And the owner is easy to contact. Everything is perfect!!!
