Confesso que ficou muito abaixo das expectativas, marcada por insistência comercial excessiva, falhas na estrutura e uma

O atendimento no check in super tranquilo, os atendentes da recepção foram bem educados. A localização do hotel também não deixa a desejar já que é próxima ao centro da cidade.

Algumas fotos dessa localização não condiz com o que ele realmente oferece no que refere-se as piscinas, pelas fotos da pra perceber uma maior quantidade de piscinas e maior espaço, talvez seja foto de outra propriedade da Golden Golphin, acho bom se atentarem no momento da reserva. Me senti um tanto desconfortável com as abordagens feita pelos vendedores, porem nao coloco a culpa neles, pois sei que estão apenas cumprindo o trabalho que lhes foi designado. No entanto, essa abordagem acaba gerando desconforto para os hóspedes, que estão no hotel para descansar e aproveitar a estadia, e não para negociar a aquisição de um plano de hotelaria. Eu e meu namorado fomos com o objetivo de descansar das atividades acadêmicas e do trabalho, já que estamos de férias. Ficamos bastante incomodados com a insistência da equipe em nos vender o plano. Permanecemos aproximadamente 1 hora e 30 minutos ouvindo as supostas vantagens da proposta e, mesmo após recusarmos educadamente por não fazer parte dos nossos planos financeiros, a representante ainda perguntou em voz alta: “Mas vocês não conseguiriam arcar nem que fosse com R$ 100 por mês?”. Considero esse tipo de questionamento invasivo e constrangedor. Recomendo que a administração reveja essa abordagem para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma situação. Além disso, alguns aspectos da estrutura também deixaram a desejar. A lixeira do quarto era muito pequena, mal comportava uma caixa de suco. O ar-condicionado não resfriava o ambiente adequadamente, comprometendo o conforto da hospedagem. As piscinas funcionam até as 22h, porém, por volta das 18h, algumas delas já não estavam aquecidas como deveriam, o que foi bastante decepcionante. Em relação à segurança, também acredito que há espaço para melhorias. Apesar da localização próxima ao centro da cidade, não nos sentimos totalmente seguros durante a estadia.

Apartamento, tudo com defeito. Porta do banheiro com defeito, frigobar despencando, fogão só 2 chamas que prestam, cama não boas, cadeiras quebradas, paguei 1035.00 em 3 diárias, se valer 700.00 é muito. Sugiro a dona a dar uma reforma boa e trocar os móveis. Porque nosso dinheiro é suado, acho isso um desrespeito.
