Liked the location, parking.
Didn't understand why he wanted to know our arrival time when we had till 8pm. We had just arrived into Auckland and we're doing things there first so we didn't know how long it would take. Sorry about that. Just that I'm retired so I like to be spontaneous at this stage of my life as I was tied to timetables and so on in my job.
Had everything there. great. moving of the feet above was annoying but not overly so. They were relatively quiet on the whole.

So comfy, felt very warm and safe here, excellent staff who are so helpful
It’s just a bit noisy, like at quiet times you can hear the people next door talking but other than that, perfect stay!

Location was central to my activities. The rooms were quite and very clean. I would definitely be happy to stay there again and recommend it to others.
Reception was closed permanently and located a few hundred metres away at another motel. No big problem, but it would have been nice to have this communicated clearly beforehand.

Traffic noise through the night. You could also hear people upstairs.
