Que tenía parking y el entorno es muy tranquilo. Necesitamos hacer noche, para ir hacia Bretaña. Cama grande y cómoda.

Quiet, green setting with garden views - a well-equipped, nicely decorated place and an ideal overnight stop on the way south. The centre is a short walk away; we even caught the Bastille Day celebrations.
The bed is on the small side, and the room gets warm during a heatwave - there's no air conditioning. Fine for one night, but worth knowing in summer. Everything else was spot on for a stopover.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce bel appartement douillet où le calme et la sérénité ont été de rigueur. Bien agencé et joliment décoré, avec le bonus d une vue sur un bel espace vert. Merci à Sébastien pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Reasonably well located, secure parking, good internet, pretty quiet.
The process for getting the key was a major pain as you need to collect from elsewhere in town - roadworks and diversions made this harder and this turned into a 20 minute exercise. When leaving the exit process was also somewhere convoluted as you need the keys to get in and out of the facility, but you need to leave the keys in the facility (in a mailbox in another building).
The apartment itself was cluttered, especially with baby facilities (toys, high chair, bath) which is useful if you have a child but not when you don't. The bedding (duvet and pillow cases) were 100% polyester which is unbelievably bad to sleep with and we were itching all over. The bed itself is a good size, if a little low to the ground, but it's jammed in the room and you can barely get around the end of it (there is less than 30cm clearance).
There is also no kettle - so if you want coffee or tea you must boil water in a pan like it's the dark ages.
Lastly the buildings are not in great shape (other buildings have their balconies propped up as the concrete is cracking) and there's a musty smell.
So it's not bad bad, but it's also not a great place to stay.
