Nicasio helped us and was pretty nice to us during our stay, he was the nicest one of the staff, the only one who greeted us and helped us
The smell of the room and the bed sheets ( like mold), walls of the bathroom and mirror were dirty, the ac not working properly, overall attention of the staff was poor
