The room was fine, but the way the property is run was hugely inconvenient.

The room itself, when I finally got it, was fine. It's a good value, and the balcony is a nice touch (see pic from my room 2209). Water pressure in the shower was really great, compared to other lower cost places, but be mindful the shower stall is TINY (as is the toilet space). I'm a small 130 pound adult and it was a squeeze...

Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 2pm, and asked if early is possible, they said no, that's fine. I waited until 3pm and then checked in, only to discover the room completely uncleaned (see pic). What really merits the bad review is the way they have set up the communication/escalation system. When you arrive at the building, you deal with the security people, who are there 24 hours to let people in/out (you never have building keys, only the code to your individual unit). These people basically disclaim all other responsibility. So when I asked them to change to a cleaned room, etc., they just said, text the whatsapp number, we have no way of contacting management (that would be crazy if it were true). But the whatsapp number is just a BOT! The bot registered my request as an "Escalation" but then no one ever responded to me. I had to really push the security people to contact management, to get the room cleaned. And then, NO ONE proactively provided me with updates. The whatsapp bot never responded and when I checked with security the 3rd time at 4:45pm, they said it was in fact ready (but maybe it was ready at 4pm and no one updated me?). 2 hrs wasted. Also annoying: I was traveling with a group, but separately, so each of us who had booked places had added 2 adults to the reservation, because we weren't sure how we were going to divide up who stayed where. So in other words, when I did the online check in registration, I didn't know who was going to stay with me (if anyone). I assumed I could add on the second adult later, so I just left adult #2's name blank. But once I checked in (with only me), security told me that only the already-registered people could enter, and if I wanted to change this, I had to again message management... the bot that didn't respond. They need to make this visitor policy explicit (I searched everywhere on their page and didn't find it). I never would have booked it with this.

Quero agradecer especialmente à Gabriela, da equipe da 360 Suítes, que foi a única pessoa realmente gentil no atendimento pelo WhatsApp e que conseguiu resolver a questão do reembolso. O apartamento é bonito, elegante e tem uma vista linda, mas infelizmente tive muitos problemas. Estava extremamente frio, fazia cerca de 9°C em São Paulo e o ar-condicionado não possuía função de aquecimento. Houve goteiras e o apartamento chegou a alagar. A cortina estava quebrada, entrava muita claridade pela manhã, a janela do banheiro não fechava direito e deixava o quarto ainda mas frio e o vaso sanitário balançava. Também faltavam itens básicos: secador de cabelo, pano de prato, vassoura, ferro de passar, cabides, guardanapos e até detergente para lavar a louça. Tive que deixar pratos sujos por não ter produto para lavá-los, algo que me incomodou bastante. Entrei em contato várias vezes com a equipe responsável, mas cada atendente dava uma informação diferente. Depois dos problemas, ofereceram outro apartamento, porém, quando cheguei, ele estava completamente sujo e sem condições adequadas O processo de reembolso também foi muito confuso. Disseram várias vezes que já havia sido emitido, mas, ao ligar diretamente para a Booking, descobri que não havia reembolso registrado e nem o check-out havia sido feito corretamente. A equipe também me informou um valor diferente do que eu realmente deveria receber. Foi somente através da Booking que consegui confirmar o valor correto. Infelizmente, apesar da beleza do apartamento, a falta de manutenção, de itens básicos e principalmente a desorganização no atendimento tornaram a experiência bastante estressante.

O apto precisa mais que um cabide … e o banheiro precisa de uma mesinha de apoio ! E no chuveiro precisa de um suporte para colocar os sabonetes e shampoo !
