Great location
Air conditioning was not all that effective and noisy from the street below, particularly the lawns in front of state library hosted protests

The location is great for food, public transport, etc.
There were items and things in the cupboards and drawers you wouldn’t normally get in a hotel room that made things easier like dish soap, laundry detergent, bin bags, sponges, it was almost like a fully stocked apartment.
The staff were absolutely lovely.
I felt very secure having to scan in at two doors before then having to tap my card in the elevator as well.
The apartment is stylish and cute, the large windows were amazing. I really enjoyed having buskers outside my window as it was great ambiance but I can understand how this might annoy some people.
The room had not been properly cleaned in a while. The walls were dirty and the wall beside the bed had marks from previous guests. All it really needs is some sugar soap and a good deep clean. I was also expecting a view of the state library but I could barely see anything.
