Peut-être aurait il fallu préciser comment récupérer les clés, dès la réservation. A l'arrivée, je suis allé à une porte marquée "accueil", mais en fait ce n'était pas le bon accueil pour l'appartement 14. En fait, il faut contacter le propriétaire par téléphone. Tout c'est arrangé assez vite, heureusement.

Nothing stood out. The rooms were clean.
If you click the button to paste the address from the booking.com app and then paste it into Google maps it takes you to a location nearly a mile away which was very confusing. The host did not speak English so it took us an hour to find the correct address. For info is is 80 metres turning right from the train station Dolny Smokovec (face the mountains). The flat didn't have air conditioned as advertised. If you are using the living room sofa bed be aware that the access to the toilet and seperate shower are through the bedroom. This layout is not ideal.
