Milk frother still had milk in it - gross
No towel for 3rd person or duvet/quilt.

It was clean, attractively decorated and the layout worked perfectly for us. The location was perfect and you are only a short drive to so many nice places. The extras, such as robes, slippers, toiletries, welcome pack made it feel like a nice hotel stay.
I have already fed back small issues, like a few more mugs, cutlery and utensils would be helpful.

Very clean, modern.
The title of the stay is misleading. Spa-like BA. There is no spa, therefore i don't find it to be spa-like.
Also at 11.03am the day off check out, having an unfriendly host, impatiently waiting for the car park at the property. Left the stay on a low note. Especially when a wave or smile was too much to reciprocate.
I was out of the property on time, there's no need to be so inhospitable, especially considering the price.
