We had a truly wonderful stay at Biwafront Hikone, highlighted by exceptional hospitality. A special shoutout to Tanaka-san at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us when we had an urgent matter. He personally contacted a restaurant in Kyoto on our behalf to manage a last-minute cancellation and kindly negotiated to waive the cancellation fee. His proactive, caring, and professional assistance took so much stress off our shoulders. Exceptional service and true omotenashi—thank you so much, Tanaka-san! Highly recommended.
