The location and overall decor compared to other properties in the city was very good
I am not sure of the criteria but i have stayed in many 5 star hotels across the world and this wasn’t worth the 5 star badge it carries. I entered the room and i saw a dirty and soiled floor towel next to the washroom entrance. There was water all over the shower as if its been used just now and a used soap plus a dirty toilet. When i asked the staff he just brushed it off saying oh it’s dirty because it’s used that’s all. He just flipped the floor towel and left. No toothbrush or paste, not toiletries, no wifi and no working TV channels. Not sure what qualifies this as a 5 star hotel.
