Beautiful setting with wide spanning ocean views and breeze. Cozy house with large, comfortable sitting areas both inside and out. Inside, large living room fans kept us cool. Kitchen extremely well equipped with everything you might need! 3 Bedrooms, each with ensuite, perfect with individual air conditioning. Secure, safe feeling community with gate. Appreciated the fruit basket and rum bottle on arrival. Our beach, Plage Anse à la Gourde is long and deep with soft sand. There is a food hut attached to Chex Honoré restaurant for services you might want at the beach. House has 2 folding beach chairs to use. Chez Man Michel has a food truck next to Gwada Ice on way to Point and we had the best French fries, grilled fish and bbq chicken of our 18 meals in Guadeloupe. Roadside parking and tables in the sand. Some advice…Make restaurant reservations and verify closing hours as not always as advertised!

Mosquitos are prevalent so we ended up closing storm shutters at night. Singing frogs take a little getting used to😂 both part of the Caribbean experience so not a negative. Plan on 10-15 minutes drive to town with a short gravel, pot hole filled road to the community gate. We would come back in a heartbeat!
