Surrounded by stunning landscapes, wildlife, and a tranquil community, the craftsman cottage is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home. Unwind in the sunroom with panoramic views of the bay, kayak in the calm waters, sit by the fire or explore all the area has to offer. Located just 60 minutes from St. John’s airport and within minutes of the Wilds Golf Course, Markland Winery, beaches and trails. Colinet Cottage is the perfect vacation retreat.

Colinet Cottage was the perfect place for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) to stay for our week of touring the Avalon. Central location, beautiful setting, cozy and homey feel. Loved being right on the water. Dana and Brian went above and beyond what you would usually expect from a host. They even checked in to ensure we arrived safely. We are truly grateful for our time and stay at Colinet Cottage. Would highly recommend staying here!

Colinet cottage was exactly as we had hoped plus more. We spent 2 nights watching seals in the harbor and enjoying the breath taking view. The owners had the kirchen stocked with all the essentials you would need to cook during your visit. The home was also completely spotless, not a spider web or spec of dust in sight. We wil be back again!

Beautiful and clean house, great location, excellent host, enjoyed the scones and bread very much. Dana and Brian are very generous with the amenities.
