The open-concept living area boasts large windows, ample seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. When you aren't tuning into your favorite shows, gather together for a board game night. When hunger hits, the fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances. The dining area offers a peaceful setting for enjoying family-style meals. Before bed, step outside and enjoy the private patio's gas grill. Don't forget to utilize the private washer/dryer to refresh your vacation garb, and tune the air-conditioning to your liking. With its prime location in Quechee Lakes, this Lakeland condo offers a delightful blend of comfort, natural beauty, and endless recreational possibilities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The home's air-conditioning is ductless mini splits with coverage to every room. The property is a member of the Quechee Club, which permits guests to purchase optional amenity access to the Quechee Club activities such as golf, ski, aquatics, fitness center, and more. For more information about these optional packages, please contact the Quechee Club directly. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. All our needs were provided for in the condo, and when we ventured out, we enjoyed walking the nicely-maintained grounds, visiting the club house, exploring Quechee and nearby Woodstock, and partaking of outstanding meals in local establishments. At the end of the day, we loved returning to the condo to cozy up in front of the fire. We can’t wait to go back!
