This room opens up to the spacious deck boasting a gas fire pit table, gas BBQ, and a large outdoor dining table. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great views of the golf course when staying at this home. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, 6-burner gas cooktop, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 10 comfortably. The ground floor features a spacious bonus room with a large sectional couch, wet bar, and a 70” smart TV. Just outside the bonus room is a spacious patio with a private hot tub. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS * The upper floor master suite has a king bed, smart TV, wet bar, private balcony, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. * The main floor features two guest bedrooms each with a king bed, and a smart TV. These bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bathroom. * The 1st ground floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bath. * The 2nd ground floor master has a full bed, a full over full bunk bed, and a private en-suite bath. * The ground floor bunk room has 3 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, and this bedroom is supported by a full guest bath just off the bonus room . * There is an additional ½ bath off the great room on the main floor. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. **The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was walking into a friends house. It was so cozy and inviting! We spent most of our time in the kitchen, which included an amazing Italian stove and all new appliances. The master bath was incredible! The shower/tub bathroom was like walking into a spa. The kids spent most of their time in the game room in the garage. It was fully heated so it was perfect for the kids to come straight in from playing in the snow. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a luxury cabin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at a handful of Suncadia properties before but this place is by far our favorite. The house seemed brand new, very clean with a lot of room for our large party. The back Deck is incredible, with the accordion doors that open up, it was our favorite part of the house. The adults spent most of our time back there with the fire pit, watching golfers while the kids loved the game room and extra space. It was cool that this house had two bunk rooms, one with twin beds and one with full size beds, works perfect if you have some younger kids and then maybe some older ones or young adults. O and the Tesla/Smart Car charger came in clutch for one of my buddies who needed to charge his car. Highly recommend this place and we've already booked it again for the spring.
