Our Retreat is centrally located to many eateries, shopping, The hard rock casino, Toyota Amphitheater and close proximity to Roseville & Sacramento. With supreme comfort & relaxation in mind, we curated this space for our guests' full enjoyment. Our well-appointed space is equipped with many complimentary amenities, such as a cereal bar, coffee bar, tea station, ghirardelli hot chocolate, toiletries, premium linens and more !! For our guests enjoyment, we have included a gazebo covered BBQ grill, outdoor sauna, sectional seating with firepit and an air hockey table. 10/10- very clean and beautifully furnished like a model home. We arrived on a very hot day and the home was already air conditioned to our surprise & relief after a long days drive. All 3 bedrooms were confortable and have smart TVs for those who enjoy watching in bed. The bathrooms were spotless, plenty of nice towels, and each had a tray of toiletries included toothpaste and an assortment of toothbrushes which I thought was a nice touch (even though we brought our own). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal and we enjoyed the coffee station in the morning. We were staying as we were attending a concert at the Toyota amphitheater, which was only 15 minutes away. Even with the traffic from the concert, I took no more than 20 minutes to get there. The house is in a quiet suburban neighborhood easy to get to and close to Marysville and Yuba City for restaurants and other entertainment. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if I were going to be in the area.

This is a great house in a friendly neighborhood. Very well appointed and maintained. Wonderful backyard. Will definitely be staying here again!
