Precio, demasiado caro, lo pague porque necesitaba descansar para continuar mi viaje. No me bajo el precio a pesar de que le explique que no alojaría y solo me quedaría la tarde.

La piscina es solo para residentes permanentes

Dos dormitorios básicos pero bien

A la cocina le falta limpieza, la vajilla y todo lo que se usaba se debía lavar ya que estaba casi todo engrasado y sucio. Debería revisar con más atención la vajilla y elementos de cocina ya que está incompleto, yo había leído comentarios como este y pensé que ya lo habría solucionado pero no fue así. También hay detalles de falta de mantenimiento en los baños especialmente en el del dormitorio principal, la mesa muy sucia con mugre pegada, seguro está más limpia ahora después de nuestra estadía, Lo que realmente me molestó bastante es que yo buscaba un departamento con opción de piscina y en los filtros me aparece este, en la publicación pone fotos de que tienen dos piscinas una de niños y otra de adultos pero al llegar al lugar nos damos que la piscina solo puede ser usada por los residentes permanentes y no la pudimos usar nunca, eso me pareció muy mal y me sentí estafado porque pagamos por un departamento con piscina. Pienso que Booking debería multar al dueño por este engaño y devolverme el dinero. En los espacios generales del edificio falta limpieza, mucho olor a pis de gatos y también al edificio le falta mantenimiento y limpieza
